Leading Asian talent platform, foundit (formerly Monster APAC & ME), has announced the appointment of Binita Agarwal as its new Chief Financial Officer (CFO). In this role, Agarwal will lead the Finance & Accounts function across all regions, driving the company’s long-term financial vision and supporting its strategic growth agenda.

A qualified chartered accountant with over 15 years of experience, Agarwal brings a strong track record in finance, compliance, investor relations, and business strategy.

She has previously held leadership roles at AppsForBharat (SriMandir), Headout, and HungerBox, and began her career at Goldman Sachs and EY. Her expertise in financial efficiency and cost optimisation, combined with her global exposure across the US, Europe, Middle East, and Asia, adds significant strength to foundit's leadership.
